RESERVATION POLICY

50% Deposit of the total cost including local taxes is required to secure your reservation. Once the booking is been procesed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email.

Securing your reservation means you accept our Cancellation Policy.

The remaining balance of your total cost including taxes is due on the same day at our riding school. We accept Euros and debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made 48h in advance for a re-schedule or a deposit refund (private tours one week in advance).

Deposit will not be refunded On No-shows or cancellations out of time.

We don’t issue refunds for people who are unwilling to participate once the activity has initiated.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION RESERVED

  • Won’t be admited if wearing shorts or skirt and/or open footwear (sandals, Flip Flops…). Won’t have the right to claim back the reservation amount
  • Won’t be admited if not being in good condition to do the activity (being under the influence of alcohol or drugs…), putting in danger your personal integrity and/or putting other participants at risk. Won’t have the right to claim back the reservation amount
